Client Responsibilities

The client also agrees to:

- Clearly label or specify what information should be treated as confidential

- Inform us immediately if any sensitive data becomes compromised or outdated

Both parties commit to maintaining mutual respect, professionalism, and data safety throughout the project.

Conditions & Limitations

While we are fully committed to confidentiality, the NDA is governed by certain conditions:

- The NDA does not apply to information already publicly available or previously known to us
- We are not responsible for confidentiality breaches resulting from third-party platforms (hosting providers, external APIs, domain registrars, etc.)
- Any confidential data shared through insecure channels (e.g., unencrypted email) is at the sender’s own risk
- If required by law, court order, or governmental authority, we may be obligated to disclose certain information
- The NDA remains valid for the duration of the project and a set period afterward (typically 1–3 years, unless otherwise agreed)

Breach & Remedies

In the rare case of a breach:

- Both parties must notify each other immediately upon discovering a confidentiality issue
- Affected parties may seek resolution through communication or legal channels, depending on the severity
- Kadosh Softwares will take reasonable steps to prevent further unauthorized disclosures

NDA Signing Process

We accept:

- Standard NDAs provided by the client
- Custom NDAs tailored for specific industries or projects
- Mutual NDAs (where both parties share confidential information)

All NDA agreements can be signed digitally or via physical documents, depending on client preference.
